Limon is a French municipality with 754 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Puy-de-Dôme in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Auvergne ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Riom (until 2015 Thiers ) and the canton of Maringues .

Limons is about fourteen kilometers south of Vichy am Allier . Limons is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Mons in the north and northwest, Ris in the northeast, Puy-Guillaume in the east, Charnat in the south and Luzillat in the west and southwest.
