Saint-Beauzire is about 10 kilometers northeast of Clermont-Ferrand on the Bédat . Saint-Beauzire is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Riom in the north and northwest, Ennezat in the north and northeast, Chappes in the east and northeast, Lussat in the east and southeast, Malintrat in the south, Gerzat in the southwest and Ménétrol in the west and northwest. The A71 autoroute runs through the municipality .
