Saint-Quintin-sur-Sioule is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Ébreuil in the north and east, Champs in the south and south-east, Marcillat in the west and south-west, Saint-Gal-sur-Sioule in the west and north-west and Chouvigny in the north-west.
