Teilhède is a French municipality with 457 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Puy-de-Dôme in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Auvergne ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Riom and the canton of Saint-Georges-de-Mons ( Combronde until 2015 ).

Teilhède is about seven kilometers north-northwest of Riom and about 19 kilometers north of Clermont-Ferrand . Teilhède is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Combronde in the north, Beauregard-Vendon in the east, Prompsat in the south, Loubeyrat in the west and Charbonnières-les-Vieilles in the west and north-west.

The A89 autoroute runs through the municipality .
