Martres-sur-Morge is a municipality with 670 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in central France Puy-de-Dôme in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Riom and the canton of Aigueperse (until 2015: canton Ennezat ).

Martres-sur-Morge is located about twenty kilometers north-northeast of Clermont-Ferrand and about nine kilometers northeast of Riom in Limagne am Morge . Martres-sur-Morge is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sardon in the north, Surat in the east, Saint-Ignat in the southeast, Ennezat in the south, Clerlande in the southwest and Varennes-sur-Morge in the west.
