Beauregard-Vendon is a French commune with 1,194 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Puy-de-Dôme in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . It belongs to the arrondissement of Riom and the canton of Saint-Georges-de-Mons (until 2015: canton of Combronde ). The inhabitants are called Beauregardais .

geography

Beauregard-Vendon is about seven kilometers north of Riom and about 20 kilometers north-northeast of Clermont-Ferrand . Beauregard-Vendon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Combronde in the north and northwest, Saint-Myon in the north and northeast, La Moutade in the east, Cellule in the southeast, Davayat and Gimeaux in the south and Teilhède in the west.

Both the Autoroute A71 and the Autoroute A89 run through the municipality.
