This list gives an overview of all members of the 3rd Baden-Wuerttemberg Landtag (1960–1964) with parliamentary groups and constituencies.

The 3rd state parliament was elected on May 15, 1960 . On March 12, 1961 a re-election was carried out in the constituencies Waiblingen I and Waiblingen II. The first plenary session took place on June 14, 1960, the last on April 21, 1964.
