This list gives an overview of all members of the 4th Baden-Württemberg state parliament (1964–1968) with parliamentary groups and constituencies.

The 4th state parliament was elected on April 26, 1964 . The first plenary session took place on June 10, 1964, the last on March 29, 1968.

Franz Gurk (CDU) was elected President of the State Parliament of Baden-Württemberg . There was a change in the SPD parliamentary group chairmanship during the legislative period when Walter Krause became a minister in the newly formed government of a grand coalition in 1966 .
