List of members of the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg (16th electoral term)
This list gives an overview of all 143 members of the 16th Baden-Württemberg state parliament (2016-2021) with their parliamentary group, constituency (70 in total), type of mandate and share of votes.
There was no list election, only one vote for the constituency candidate and his party at the same time. In some constituencies only the first mandate was awarded, in others also one to three second mandates.
The 16th state parliament was elected on March 13, 2016 and met for the first plenary session on May 11, 2016.
Composition of the state parliament
After the state elections in 2016 , the state parliament was initially composed as follows:

After 13 + 1 + 1 of the previous 23 members of the AfD parliamentary group resigned on July 5 and 6, 2016, after a legal opinion commissioned by the state parliament presidium, the formation of a second parliamentary group consisting of 14 members of the AfD (" Alternative for Baden-Württemberg ", ABW for short), declared permissible, the following allocation of seats:

On October 11, 2016, the two political groups consisting of members of the AfD reunited without the MP Wolfgang Gedeon . The distribution of seats was as follows:

After Claudia Martin left the AfD on December 16, 2016, Heinrich Fiechtner left on November 24, 2017 and Claudia Martin was accepted into the CDU parliamentary group at the end of November 2017, the distribution of seats was as follows:
