This list gives an overview of all members of the state constituent assembly (1952–1953) and the 1st Baden-Württemberg state parliament (1953–1956) with parliamentary groups and constituencies.

The state constituent assembly was elected on March 9, 1952 , the 1st state parliament was constituted on November 19, 1953. The first plenary session took place on March 25, 1952, the last on February 8, 1956.
