Antonne-et-Trigonant ( Occitan : Antona e Trigonant ) is a French municipality with 1283 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the north of the department Dordogne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Aquitaine ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement Périgueux and the canton Trélissac (until 2015: canton Savignac-les-Églises ).

geography

Antonne-et-Trigonant is about ten kilometers east-northeast of Périgueux on the Isle , which borders the municipality in the south and south-east. Antonne-et-Trigonant is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sorges in the north, Sarliac-sur-l'Isle in the east and north-east, Escoire in the east and south-east, Bassillac in the south, Trélissac in the west and south-west and Cornille in the north-west.
