Villamblard ( Occitan : Vila Amblard ) is a municipality with 886 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Dordogne department in southwestern France in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Aquitaine ). Villamblard belongs to the Arrondissement of Périgueux and the canton of Périgord Central (until 2015: Canton of Villamblard ).

Villamblard is located about 18 kilometers north-northeast of the city center of Bergerac and about 22 kilometers south-southwest of Périgueux in the Périgord . Villamblard is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Grignols in the north and northwest, Jaure in the north and northeast, Bourrou in the east and northeast, Douville in the east and southeast, Montagnac-la-Crempse in the south, Beleymas and Saint-Hilaire-d'Estissac in the southwest as well Saint-Jean-d'Estissac to the west.
