Montagnac-la-Crempse ( Occitan : Montanhac de Cremsa ) is a municipality with 392 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Dordogne department in southwestern France in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Aquitaine ). Montagnac-la-Crempse belongs to the arrondissement of Périgueux and the canton of Périgord Central (until 2015: canton of Villamblard ). The inhabitants are called Montagnacois .
geography
Montagnac-la-Crempse is about 14 kilometers north-northeast of the city center of Bergerac in the south of the Dordogne department in Périgord . Montagnac-la-Crempse is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Villamblard in the north, Douville in the east and northeast, Campsegret in the south and southeast, Saint-Julien-de-Crempse in the south and southwest and Beleymas in the west.
