Some competitions have been outsourced:
- Forest run (men) - Siegburg , April 11th

- Another new competition in the women's field was the ball throw , which remained in the championship program until 1933.
- In the women's triathlon, which was held for the second time, there was a change of discipline: instead of throwing the ball , the discus was added to the program, so that the competition now consisted of a 100-meter run , high jump and discus, all held on one day.
In the discus throw , Milly Reuter set a new world record with 38.34 m.
