Finly Hutchinson Gray (born July 21, 1863 in Orange , Fayette County , Indiana , †  May 8, 1947 in Connersville , Indiana) was an American politician .

Gray studied law and was accepted into the bar in 1892. He then practiced in Connersville and served as mayor of the city from 1904 to 1910. Gray was elected as a Democrat in Congress and represented the sixth constituency of the state of Indiana from March 4, 1911 to March 3, 1917 in the US House of Representatives.

Gray devoted himself to his previous professional activity again and was also active as a lecturer. From March 4, 1933 to January 3, 1939 he was again a member of the US House of Representatives; this time he represented the tenth district of his state. Thereafter, Gray retired from politics and practiced in Connersville until his death in 1947. He was buried in Dale Cemetery .
