Saint-Martin-de-Hinx ( Occitan : Sent Martin de Hins ) is a French municipality with 1,480 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of land in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . Saubion is part of the Dax arrondissement and the Pays Tyrossais canton (until 2015: Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse canton ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Martinnais (es) .

Saint-Martin-de-Hinx is about 19 kilometers east-northeast of Dax . The Adour limits the municipality to the east. Saint-Martin-de-Hinx is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saubrigues in the north and north-west, Saint-Jean-de-Marsacq in the north and east, Sainte-Marie-de-Gosse in the east and south-east, Biarrotte in the south, and Biaudos in the south Southwest and Saint-André-de-Seignanx in the west and southwest.
