Saint-Yaguen is located about 32 kilometers northeast of Dax and about 19 kilometers west of Mont-de-Marsan . Saint-Yaguen is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Ousse-Suzan in the north, Saint-Martin-d'Oney in the east and northeast, Meilhan in the east and southeast, Carcarès-Sainte-Croix in the south, Carcen-Ponson in the west and southwest and Beylongue in the West and northwest.
