Castel-Sarrazin ( Occitan Sarrasins ) is a French commune in the department of land in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Aquitaine ). The municipality is located in the south of the department and has 543 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) and belongs to the canton of Coteau de Chalosse (until 2015 Amou ) within the Dax arrondissement .

Castel-Sarrazin is about 27 kilometers east-southeast of Dax . Here the Luy de France and the Luy de Béarn flow together to the Luy . Castel-Sarrazin is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Donzacq in the north and northwest, Bastennes in the north, Gaujacq in the east and northeast, Amou in the east and southeast, Arsague in the south, Tilh in the southwest and Pomarez in the west.
