It belongs to the Arrondissement of Dax and is part of the canton of Seignanx (until 2015: canton of Saint-Martin-de-Seignanx ).

Saint-André-de-Seignanx is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Orx in the north, Saubrigues in the northeast, Saint-Martin-de-Hinx in the east, Biaudos in the east and southeast, Saint-Barthélemy in the south, and Saint-Martin-de-Seignanx in the West and south-west and Labenne in the north-west.
