Sainte-Marie-de-Gosse is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Martin-de-Hinx in the north and north-west, Saint-Étienne-d'Orthe in the north-east, Port-de-Lanne in the east, Sames in the east and south-east, Guiche im South, Saint-Laurent-de-Gosse in the southwest and Biarrotte in the west.
