Guiche ( Gascon Guíshen , Basque Gixune ) is a French municipality with 970 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Pyrénées-Atlantiques in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Bayonne and the canton of Nive-Adour (until 2015: canton of Bidache ). The inhabitants are called Guishot (or Gixundar ) (depending on the language) .

Guiche is part of the Basque province of Labourd . Districts are: Arancette, la Bourgade, Chuhenne, Garat, Grand-Borde, Marchand and Saint-Martin. Neighboring municipalities are: Sainte-Marie-de-Gosse and Saint-Laurent-de-Gosse in the north, Bidache in the east, Sames in the northeast, Bardos and Urt in the south.
