Sarliac-sur-l'Isle ( Occitan : Sarlhac d'Eila ) is a French municipality with 1020 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the north of the department Dordogne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Aquitaine ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement Périgueux and the canton Trélissac (until 2015: canton Savignac-les-Églises ).

Sarliac-sur-l'Isle is located about 16 kilometers east-northeast of Périgueux on the Isle . Sarliac-sur-l'Isle is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sorges in the north, Savignac-les-Églises in the north-east, Saint-Vincent-sur-l'Isle in the east, Le Change in the south, Escoire in the south-west and Antonne-et-Trigonant in the west and southwest.
