The Eredivisie 2015/16 was the 60th season of the highest Dutch football league and the 127th competition for the Dutch national championship . The regular season began on August 7, 2015 and ended on May 8, 2016. PSV Eindhoven from Eindhoven defended the title on the last day of the match, as the previous leaders Ajax Amsterdam only drew against the penultimate De Graafschap .
