Lamothe ( Occitan : La Mota ) is a French municipality with 312 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of land in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . Lamothe belongs to the Arrondissement Dax and the canton Pays Morcenais Tarusate (until 2015: Canton Tartas-Est ).
