List of churches in the Parchim provostry
The list is a complete listing of all church buildings of the Parchim Propstei in the Mecklenburg parish of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Northern Germany ( "Northern Church" ). Until the North Church was founded at Pentecost 2012, the territory was the Parchim parish of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Mecklenburg .
Among the structures are rededicated buildings that continue to be used within the church . A selection of former churches that can no longer be used for structural reasons, but fragments of which have been preserved, are listed separately under the actual table.
The western and southern borders of the Parchim priory do not partly coincide with those of the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania . There is one church each in the territories of Brandenburg and Lower Saxony . The following districts are partially or entirely part of the church district and are marked with abbreviations in the list:
- LG Lüneburg (Lower Saxony)
- LUP Ludwigslust-Parchim
- NWM Northwest Mecklenburg
- PR Prignitz (Brandenburg)
