List of the most successful goal scorers in the Bundesliga
The list of the most successful goalscorers in the Bundesliga includes all football players who have scored 100 or more goals since the top German division was introduced in 1963. It is broken down for each player how many goals he scored for which club and these are listed according to their number. Goalscorer is by far the only the FC Bayern Munich used Gerd Müller . The list currently includes 53 players, including six who are or were not German citizens. Active Bundesliga players are highlighted in gray. There are currently four players with 100 or more Bundesliga goals scored in the Bundesliga: Robert Lewandowski (FC Bayern Munich), Vedad Ibišević (Hertha BSC), Marco Reus (Borussia Dortmund) and Thomas Müller (FC Bayern Munich).

- With 250 goals, Gerd Müller is also unmatched in the home game statistics. On the other hand, Klaus Fischer scored 117 goals two more than Müller.
- Timo Konietzka scored the first ever goal in the newly opened top German division. In the game between Werder Bremen and Borussia Dortmund on August 24, 1963, he scored in the first minute of the game for Dortmund (final score 3: 2). In 1965 he was the only Bundesliga player to score the first goal of a season for the second time. For TSV 1860 Munich , he also met in the first minute of the game against the then promoted and local rivals FC Bayern . The 1-0 was also the final score.
- The youngest goalscorer in Bundesliga history is Florian Wirtz . At the age of 17 years and 34 days he was successful against FC Bayern on June 6, 2020 in Leverkusen to 2-4.

- The oldest goalscorer is Claudio Pizarro (born October 3, 1978); On May 18, 2019, at the age of 40 years and 227 days, he scored the 2-1 winning goal in the home game against RB Leipzig.
