Saint-Barthélemy ( Occitan : Sent Bertomiu ) is a French municipality with 422 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of land in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . Saint-Barthélemy is part of the Dax arrondissement and the Seignanx canton (until 2015: Saint-Martin-de-Seignanx canton ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Barthéléminois .

Saint-Barthélemy is located about 30 kilometers southwest of Dax on the Adour , which forms the southern municipal boundary. Saint-Barthélemy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-André-de-Seignanx in the north, Biaudos in the north and northeast, Saint-Laurent-de-Gosse in the east, Urt in the south and southeast, Urcuit in the south and Saint-Martin-de- Seignanx to the west and northwest.
