Belmont-sur-Vair is located on the Vair River , about eight kilometers northwest of Vittel . It is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Dombrot-sur-Vair in the west and north, Saint-Menge (point of contact) and Gemmelaincourt in the northeast, Parey-sous-Montfort in the east, Saint-Remimont in the south and Mandres-sur-Vair and Auzainvilliers in the southwest.
