Tilleux is a small French commune with 58 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Vosges department in the Grand Est region (until 2015: Lorraine ). The municipality is part of the Neufchâteau arrondissement and the Ouest Vosgien municipal association founded in 2017 .

Tilleux is located about eight kilometers southeast of Neufchâteau . In the northwest, the Mouzon River forms the municipal boundary . Tilleux is surrounded by the neighboring communities Certilleux in the north, Rouvres-la-Chétive in the east, Landaville in the south and Circourt-sur-Mouzon in the west.

Infrastructure
The only road that opens up Tilleux is the D164 from Neufchâteau to Vittel . The railway line from Neufchâteau to Gironcourt-sur-Vraine (originally to Épinal ) runs through Tilleux . Passenger traffic was shut down in 1989, the remaining freight traffic on the 27-kilometer section from Neufchâteau to Gironcourt glassworks is operated by SNCF .
