Harchéchamp is a municipality located at 300 meters above sea level in the French department of Vosges in the Grand Est region (before 2016: Lorraine ). It belongs to the canton of Neufchâteau in the arrondissement of the same name . It borders Autigny-la-Tour to the west, Tranqueville-Graux to the north, Attignéville to the east and Barville to the south .
