geography
The municipality of Soncourt is located on the Aroffe River on the western edge of the Xaintois region on the border with the Meurthe-et-Moselle department . It borders on Aroffe to the north, Tramont-Saint-André to the northeast, Vicherey to the east, Pleuvezain to the southeast, Rainville to the south and Aouze to the west .
