The list of menhirs in Saxony-Anhalt includes all known menhirs in the area of today's state of Saxony-Anhalt .
List of menhirs
- Menhir : Names the name of the menhir as well as common alternative names
- Location : Names the municipality and, if applicable, the district in which the menhir is located.
- District : Name the district to which the municipality belongs. ABI: County of Anhalt-Bitterfeld ; BK: Bördekreis ; BLK: Burgenlandkreis ; HAL: Halle (Saale) HZ: District of Harz ; JL: Jerichower Land ; MSH: District of Mansfeld-Südharz ; SAW: Altmarkkreis Salzwedel ; SK: Saalekreis ; SLK: Salzlandkreis

Type : Differentiation between different sub-types:
- Menhir : a single standing, undecorated stone not connected to a grave
- decorated menhir : a single standing, decorated stone not connected to a grave
- Grave stele : a stone standing on a burial mound
- Stone circle : a group of upright stones arranged in a circle
- Menhir arrangement: a group of erect stones with an arrangement other than circular or linear or with an unclear arrangement
- Grooved stone : an erect stone with grooved decoration
- Guardian stone: stone standing in front of or next to a grave
- Monolith : other stone with a menhir character
