Peugeot type 25

The Peugeot Type 25 is an early car model of the French car manufacturer Peugeot , of which 2 copies were produced at the Audincourt plant from 1898 to 1902 .

The vehicles had a two - cylinder four-stroke engine made in-house , which was arranged horizontally in the rear and powered the rear wheels via a chain. The engine developed between 6 and 7 hp .

With a wheelbase of 190 cm, the vehicle length was 280 cm and the vehicle height was 190 cm. The coupé body shape offered space for three people.
