The Peugeot Type 175 is a car model of the French car manufacturer Peugeot , which was produced at the Audincourt plant from 1923 to 1924 .

The vehicles have a four-cylinder four - stroke engine with 2951 cm³ displacement , which is located at the front and propelled the rear wheels via cardan shafts.

With a wheelbase of 309 cm and a track width of 138 cm at the front and 139 cm at the rear, the vehicle length is 420.5 cm and the vehicle width is 165 cm. The Torpedo Sport body shape offers space for four people. Bleriot headlights and a 12V SEV magneto and starter were installed.

In total, only 303 copies were made and only 4 original and fully preserved cars are known. (3 in France and 1 in Belgium) One of these cars is on display in the Musée de l'Aventure Peugeot. In addition, a complete chassis with all mechanics survived in New Zealand and an extremely modified "fake racer" with a shortened chassis in France or Switzerland.
