Peugeot type 39

The Peugeot Type 39 is an early car model from the French car manufacturer Peugeot , 100 of which were produced in 1902 at the Audincourt and Lille plants .

The vehicles had a four-cylinder four - stroke engine , which was arranged at the front and powered the rear wheels via a chain. The engine developed 10 HP from a displacement of 2042 cm³ .

With a wheelbase of 200 cm, the track width was 137 cm. The tonneau and double phaeton body styles offered space for four people.
