Peugeot type 11

The Peugeot Type 11 is an early car model of the French car manufacturer Peugeot , 27 of which were produced at the Valentigney plant from 1895 to 1897 .

The vehicles had a two - cylinder four-stroke engine under license from Daimler , which was located in the rear and powered the rear wheels via chains. The engine developed between 3.25 and 3.75 hp from a displacement of 1645 cm³ .

With a wheelbase of 145 cm and a track width of 129 cm at the front and 131 cm at the rear, the vehicle length was 240 cm, the vehicle width 142 cm and the vehicle height 160 cm. The two-seater body shape offered space for two people.
