Peugeot Type 71

The Peugeot Type 71 is an early car model from the French car manufacturer Peugeot , 103 of which were produced at the Lille plant in 1905 .

The vehicles had a four-cylinder four - stroke engine , which was arranged at the front and powered the rear wheels via a chain. The engine developed 12 hp from a displacement of 2155 cm³ .

There were models 71 A and 71 B. With a wheelbase of 267 cm, the track width was 132 cm. The body shape Doppelphaeton offered space for four people.
