Peugeot Type 57

The Peugeot Type 57 is an early car model from the French car manufacturer Peugeot , 149 of which were produced at the Audincourt plant in 1904 .

The vehicles had a single - cylinder four-stroke engine that was located in the front and powered the rear wheels. The engine developed 5 HP from a displacement of 652 cm³ .

The Voiturette body shape offered space for two people.
