The Peugeot Type 10 is an early car model of the French car manufacturer Peugeot , 3 of which were produced at the Valentigney plant from 1894 to 1896 .

The vehicles had a two - cylinder four-stroke engine under license from Daimler , which was located in the rear and powered the rear wheels via chains. The engine made between 3 and 3.75 hp from a displacement of 1645 cm³ .

With a wheelbase of 155 cm and a track width of 120 cm at the front and 130 cm at the rear, the vehicle length was 285 cm, the vehicle width 153 cm and the vehicle height 245 cm. The Break body shape offered space for five people.
