Victoires de la Musique

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Les Victoires de la Musique has been an annual French music award ceremony since 1985 . The prizes, known as “Victoires”, are awarded as part of a large live television show. They are often viewed as the French version of the Grammy . Since 1994 the Victoires de la musique classique and since 2002 the Victoires du jazz have given their own prizes for classical and jazz.
