The Paris-based company began producing automobiles in 1920. The brand name was Croissant . Production ended in 1922.

The company initially manufactured a small cycle car . A little later, followed by a four-cylinder model with a built-in motor of SCAP with 1,693 cc engine capacity . An eight-cylinder model was also announced, in which two four-cylinder engines were to be lined up, but this model remained in the prototype stage.
