List of tributaries of the Weser
→ (back) to the tributary section in the Weser article
The following list contains almost all tributaries and brooks of the upper Weser up to Porta Westfalica (Weser-km 198), all tributaries with a designated catchment area on the Mittelweser and all with a catchment area of at least 20 km² on the Unterweser (from Weser-km 361 , 1 and 366.72). The natural area on the Upper Weser shows the one from which the tributary flows into the Weser valley, while on the Central and Lower Weser only the three-digit main unit is recorded. If the main unit of the source deviates from the one near the mouth, the main unit, in individual cases also the finer natural area of the source, is indicated underneath and separated by a slash; several slashes mean a corresponding number of main units in between.
In addition, there is a summary of the characteristics of the respective valley section in front of each natural section of the Weser Valley. You can also jump directly to the 7 main valley sections of the Weser:
- → Weser breakthrough valley (Unit 370.3)
- → Holzmindener Wesertal (main unit 367)
- → Weserengtal from Bodenwerder (368)
- → Rinteln-Hameln Wesertal (366; 4 subsections)
- → Middle Wesertal (583; 3 subsections)
- → Verden Weser Valley (620)
- → Wesermarsch (612; 2 subsections)
You can sort by name to get a list of all sections together with sub-sections and properties.

- ↑ a b c d e f g In TIM online, the Weser km from 40 to 251.7 are displayed directly. The Hessian Service shows the Weser kilometers above the mouth of the Diemel if the difference to the Weser length of 451.2 km is calculated. On parts of the Mittelweser and Unterweser, in the BfN service, protected areas are displayed every 2 km when the scale 1: 25,000 is selected for the Weser and Unterweser km; to those of the Lower Weser you have to add 366.7 (2) km.

- ↑ In the Lower Saxony Service, the name Hechtgraben is given for GKZ 45152 . However, this name denotes 45114 .
- ↑ The length of the Sieck starts from the upper source; in the meantime the stream seeps away several times.
- ↑ The length starts from the Bärenborn ; in the meantime the stream seeps away.
- ↑ The catchment area of the Otterbach, together with the southern neighborhood and a section of the Weser, is 14.1 km².

- ↑ At TIM online (NRW) the Schildgraben is erroneously marked as Schnatbach .
- ↑ Sheet 85 Minden places the northern border a little below the Gehl estuary to Buchholz for no apparent reason ; however, the northern trailing edge of the Loccumer Geest is even just a little further north than the mouth of the Gehle.

- ↑ The Bruchgraben flows into the Schluesselburg lock canal (47512), which flows back to the Weser 400 m further on.
- ↑ The Kolkgraben flows into the Alte Weser old arm , which only flows into the Weser after another 2.3 km.
- ↑ The level value is calculated from the sum of the levels Heide OP (Große Aue; 1014 km²) and Sieden ( Siede ; 163 km²).

- ↑ The Aschwardener Flutgraben flows into a right tributary that flows into the Weser at about 43.5 km below the Weser; Seen in the direction of both flow, it flows slightly below the Käseburger Sieltiefs.
- ↑ The Strohauser Sieltief flows into the left side arm Schweiburg , which only flows into the Weser again at Unterweser-km 50.8, approximately at the same time as the Lune; Seen in the direction of flow of the Weser and Schweiburg, it flows between Drepte and Lune, as it corresponds to its river code number.
- ↑ Only a short source arm of the Grauwall Canal, the Midlumer Bach near Midlum , lies on the Wesermünder Geest; the Grauwall Canal by name lies entirely in the Wesermarsch (612).
