The Peugeot VLV is a car model of the French car manufacturer Peugeot , of which 377 copies were produced from 1941 to 1945.

The vehicles had an electric motor in the rear that drove the rear wheels. The engine developed 1.3 HP , for a short time also a maximum of 3.5 HP and accelerated the vehicle up to 30 km / h. The electric drive was supposed to help with the rationing of fuel by the German occupiers.

Four 12-volt batteries connected in series were used for the power supply. The range was up to 80 km. The VLV could be charged at any socket using the charger supplied.

With a wheelbase of 179 cm and a track width of 105 cm at the front and 33.5 cm at the rear, the vehicle length was 267 cm, the vehicle width 121 cm and the vehicle height 127 cm.

VLV means Voiture Légère de Ville (light city vehicle).
