Peugeot Type 79

The Peugeot Type 79 is an early car model of the French car manufacturer Peugeot , of which 4 copies were produced at the Audincourt plant in 1906 .

The vehicles had a two - cylinder four-stroke engine , which was arranged at the front and powered the rear wheels via a chain. The engine developed 10 hp from a displacement of 1,817 cm³ .

There were models 79 A and 79 B. With a wheelbase of 265 cm, the track width was 135 cm. The body shape of the company car for the Post offered space for two people.
