Jeffrey "Jeff" Howard Campbell Powell (born May 13, 1976 in Winnipeg ) is a retired Canadian rower who won two world titles in eighth .

The approximately 1.95 m tall Jeff Powell from the Winnipeg Rowing Club took sixth place with the Canadian eighth at the 2001 World Championships in Lucerne . In 2002, eighth in the line-up won Matt Swick , Kevin Light , Ben Rutledge , Kyle Hamilton , Joseph Stankevicius , Andrew Hoskins , Adam Kreek , Jeff Powell and helmsman Brian Price at the World Championships in Seville . With David Calder for Matt Swick, the Canadians defended their title at the 2003 World Championships in Milan . After victories in Munich and Lucerne in the 2004 World Cup, the Canadians only achieved fifth place at the Olympic regatta in Athens .
