Frank Jörg Richter (born September 22, 1964 in Hanover ) is a former German rower who won two Olympic medals with the Germany eight .

Frank Richter started for the DRC from 1884 in Hanover. Together with Roland Baar , he won the German championships in two-man without a helmsman in 1986 and 1987 .

After Roland Baar switched to eighth as a batsman in 1989 , Richter followed him in 1990.
