Sean Hall

Michael Sean Hall (born August 20, 1967 in Williamsburg , Virginia ) is a retired American rower and three-time Olympian.

The 1.91 m tall Sean Hall took seventh place in the four with helmsman at the 1991 World Championships . At the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona he reached fourth place with the controlled foursome. The following year, Hall rowed at the world championships in the four-man without a helmsman and won the bronze medal. In 1994 he moved to eighth and won the title at the World Championships in front of his own audience in Indianapolis. The following year, the US eight won the bronze medal at the World Championships in Tampere . Hall also took part in the 1995 Pan-American Games and won eighth. At the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, Hall competed in a four-man without a helmsman and finished eleventh. After a two-year break, Hall returned in 1999 in a double scull and finished twelfth in this boat class at the World Championships in St. Catharines . At the 2000 Olympic Games , Hall finished seventh with a double scull.

Hall works as a rowing trainer, among other things he worked in Hong Kong.
