Racing calendar

USCC

Not all races are advertised for all classes, as the number of registered participants exceeds the capacity of individual racetracks. In addition, the overlap with the 24 Hours of Le Mans was taken into account for the works teams in the GTLM class . This leads to twelve events with ten rating races per class. Sprint races over 100 minutes are held on the street circuits in Long Beach and Detroit . All other races that are not intended as NAEC events (see below) will run over a race length of 2:40 hours from this season. Previously, 2:45 hours was the usual length of American sports car races. The new distance this season also applies to the event in Laguna Seca , where two separate races for the P / GTLM and PC / GTD classes were held last year.

Compared to the previous season's calendar, the events in Kansas (PC only) and Indianapolis have been canceled. An event was added to the calendar at Lime Rock Park , a circuit that was regularly attended by both the American Le Mans Series and the Grand-Am Sports Car Series . Similar to the race in Laguna Seca, the race takes place over 2 hours.

NAEC

The Tequila Patron North American Endurance Cup (NAEC) will be held unchanged from 2014 .
