Racing calendar
USCC
Not all races are advertised for all classes, as the number of registered participants exceeds the capacity of individual racetracks. In addition, the overlap with the 24 Hours of Le Mans was taken into account for the works teams in the GTLM class . This leads to twelve events with eleven races each for the PC, GTLM and GTD classes and ten races for the P class. Sprint races over 100 minutes are held on the street circuits in Long Beach and Detroit . All other races that are not intended as NAEC events (see below) will exceed the race length of 2:40 hours introduced in 2015.
Compared to last year, the PC (Long Beach), GTLM (Lime Rock Park) and GTD (Canadian Tire Motorsport Park) classes have been added to each event, so that one more race has to be completed.
NAEC
The Tequila Patron North American Endurance Cup (NAEC) will be held unchanged from 2015 .
