This list of three thousand meter peaks in East Tyrol lists all independent mountain peaks with a height of at least 3000 m above sea level. A. ( three thousand meter peaks ) in East Tyrol ( Lienz district ).

For the list of four thousand meter peaks in the Alps defined by the UIAA , a notch height of at least 30 m serves as a measurable criterion for the definition of independent main peaks. However, there is no definition of the three-thousand-meter peaks in the Alps, although the definition of a gap height of at least 30 m is also used in the literature on three-thousand-meter peaks. In addition to the 166 independent main peaks, there are also more than 70 secondary peaks with a height of at least 3000 m above sea level. A. in East Tyrol.
